Questions about this gift
Can you post it directly to the new parents?
Yes, put their address in the delivery details at checkout. The message inside is the only thing that says who it is from, so sign off with your name.
Why can't I return a personalised item if I change my mind?
Each one is printed with the words you chose, so we cannot sell it on to anyone else. UK law lets us decline change-of-mind returns on items made to order. If it arrives damaged, faulty or printed differently from the preview you approved, we will reprint it or refund you.
