Is the name in the story as well as on the cover?
Yes. The name appears on the cover, on the dedication page and through the story.
Why does a book take longer than a print?
Books are printed and bound for each order, which takes a few more days. The page shows the dispatch estimate before you buy.
What if I spell the name wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we will fix it before printing starts. After that it goes into production.
Why can't I return a personalised item if I change my mind?
Each one is printed with the words you chose, so we cannot sell it on to anyone else. UK law lets us decline change-of-mind returns on items made to order. If it arrives damaged, faulty or printed differently from the preview you approved, we will reprint it or refund you.
