How personalised gifts work
You type it, you see it, we make it. Nothing is printed until you have approved the preview.

1. Choose a gift
Pick a print, storybook, blanket, bodysuit, card or gift set. Each page tells you what it suits, what it is made from and how long it takes to make.

2. Type the details
Enter the name, date of birth or message. The picture changes as you type, so you see exactly where each word goes. If a name is long, the text shrinks to fit.

3. Check, then order
Read the preview slowly, especially names and dates. Tick the box to confirm the spelling, add to your basket and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

4. We make it
Your gift is printed and made up after you order. You can follow it on the tracking page from "Order placed" to "Delivered".

5. It arrives
We pack it carefully and post it. Allow 4 to 8 business days from ordering to your door. Free UK delivery over £40.
Good to know
- Spelling is yours to check. We print what you type, so please read it twice. If you spot a mistake after ordering, email us straight away. Until your item has gone to print we can often fix it.
- No returns for a change of mind. Made-to-order items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right. Faulty, damaged or misprinted items are always put right. See delivery and returns.
- Gifts for someone else? Choose a gift voucher and they can pick for themselves. It is emailed as a code within minutes.
